- Enterprise Application Integration: Primus was entrusted with developing an integration tool for a mission-critical, high impact business process for a large healthcare company. The development, integration, testing and deployment were completed by Primus on an aggressive schedule and delivered on time within budget. Technologies used included .NET, Web Services and project managed using agile (Scrum) methodology.
- Business Process Automation: Primus was responsible for developing business requirements, design, development, testing and deployment of the core business application for a fast-growing real estate company. The application developed was used effectively by our client to enable their business processes. Technologies used included .net, SQL Server. New version being developed using hybrid (Scrum and RUP) methodology.
- Content Management and Collaboration: Primus designed and developed Sales Collaboration and Content Management Portal to enable field sales staff and sales management to communicate and collaborate. Support and enhancements were delivered from Primus’ offshore facility in NOIDA, India.
- Integration Support through our Co-Managed Staffing Services: Client needed to integrate systems after a large acquisition. Primus provided the entire technology staff for the project including Architects, Development and Quality Assurance resources.
- Project Management Consulting services: Primus was charged with identifying certified project managers in large scale implementations of employee Portals, Corporate Identity Management and Document Management applications.
- Project Health Check and Risk Assessment: Primus provided project oversight and guidance for a large product re-write project. Periodic Health Checks, Quarterly Reports and Risk Assessments were performed to assist client management.
